Welcome to Coffee Meet ("App," "Service," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the App, which is designed to connect users for meetings at local coffee shops.

By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By clicking "I Agree" or by accessing or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.

2. Eligibility and User Accounts

The Service is intended solely for users who are eighteen (18) years of age or older. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account and to maintain the security of your password.

3. Content and Intellectual Property

All content on the App (excluding User Content) is the property of Coffee Meet and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

3.1. User-Generated Content (UGC)

You are solely responsible for all content you upload, post, or transmit through the Service ("User Content"), including profile photos, bios, messages, and meeting details. You grant us a worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, and display your User Content in connection with the operation of the Service.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Engage in harassment, stalking, bullying, or threats against other users.
• Post or transmit any content that is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, abusive, or infringing on any third party's rights.
• Use the Service for any illegal activity, including fraud or spamming.
• Impersonate any person or entity or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.

We reserve the right to investigate and terminate your account without a refund if you violate any of the Prohibited Conduct clauses.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS." WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THE QUALITY, SAFETY, OR CONDUCT OF ANY USER, NOR THE SUITABILITY OF ANY MEETINGS OR LOCATIONS. ALL INTERACTIONS BETWEEN USERS ARE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, COFFEE MEET SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

6. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Coffee Meet from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, arising out of your access to or use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third-party right.

7. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in California.

8. Changes to the Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on the App or by email. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of the changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
